The BMLA
congress in 2010 will be held at the Sokos Hotel Presidentti in the heart of
Helsinki on 11-13 November.
Language
The
official language of the congress is English.
Travelling
to Helsinki
Helsinki-Vantaa Airport is approximately 20km from the city centre.
Around 120 International flights arrive daily at the airport.
Ferries from Tallinn to Helsinki operate almost every hour.
Ferries from Stockholm to Helsinki operate daily.
Visa (Entry
into Finland)
Participants
requiring an entrance visa to Finland should contact the Finnish consulate at
their home country at least three months before their intended travel period in
order to arrange for visa to Finland.
Letters of
Invitation
Individuals
requiring an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa and
authorisation to attend the congress should contact the secretariat
(info(at)congcreator.com). The invitation does not obligate the congress
financially in any way. Expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the
participant.
